Yes, you need to bring sheets and towels, or you can order them from a linen service.
Bed sizes: King, Queen, and 2 twins. Pillowcases: 2 king, 4 standard
Don't forget about bath towels, washcloths, and bath floor mats (bring 2 if you plan on using the jacuzzi!)
Kitchen Towels and Kitchen rags/sponges, cleaning rag.
Laundry soap (there is usually some provided!)
Linen Services will deliver right to the door, and you should order well in advance:

There's a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, electric glass-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filters), toaster, and blender.
Please let us know if there's something missing, or something you would like to see added. We'll try, but can't guarantee fast replacement when they get lost or broken.

A block away is Drift Coffee & Kitchen (and wine & beer) and Pelican’s Perch (love their jalapeño cheeseballs)
Marias Pizzeria, Amelia's Backstreet Grille always looks packed
If you're looking for seafood, I can't help much since I am allergic
Jinks Creek Waterfront Grill has steaks and seafood and is great for sunsets
Ocean Isle Fish Co has views of the marsh and a tiki bar
Ella's in Calabash is popular, if you're up for a short drive.
The Ocean Isle Beach Pier has a grill but I do not recommend them because they use more styrofoam than I can fathom.
The Causeway Gourmet- 2020 had a friend recommend it.
The Isles Restaurant on the west side of island is beachfront and under new management. I haven’t tried it yet
Also the Wing & Fish Company in Shallotte is great - it's a restaurant/bar
I had good Mexican and margaritas at Las Palmeras
